Wol uit het Zuiden cares about its products and does its best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. Under European law, Wol uit het Zuiden is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact Wol uit het Zuiden within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact Wol uit het Zuiden in time, Wol uit het Zuiden will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. Woluit het Zuiden advises you to first report complaints to Wol uit het Zuiden by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU will also be able to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
