On this estate, livestock farming and olive growing work together, based on regenerative agriculture principles. On one hand, the olives are cultivated traditionally to produce organic extra virgin olive oil. On the other hand, the sheep roam freely and manage the greenery, ensuring balance in a closed and self-sufficient ecosystem.
